After many years of serving South Carolina's vision needs, PEP Vision has closed effective January 1st, 2025.
If you have an out of network claim you would like to file for 2024, please click on the Get started button below. All claims must be filed by March 31, 2025. PEP will be unable to process any claims received after that date.
